If you really need additional funds, you may still withdraw up to 3 times in a month for free. A fee is charged for each subsequent withdrawal** to help keep your savings on track.

Requirements:

Malaysian, foreigner and permanent resident

Own a registered mobile phone number, email and valid correspondence address

For applicants below 18 years old, trustee account applies

Minimum initial deposit of RM20 is required when you take up TRUE Debit MasterCard (Consist of TRUE Transact Account & TRUE Savers Account)

*Terms and conditions apply. The first 5 MEPS withdrawal charges of each month will be credited into your TRUE Transact Account as a rebate on the 1^st of the following month.

** Withdrawal includes any withdrawal / transfers / payments made from your TRUE Savers Account.

Note: Please be informed that TRUE Transact Account will be displayed as Current Account and TRUE Savers Account will be displayed as Savings Account in any banks' ATMs, which are members of the MEPS Shared ATM Network.
